Terms and Conditions for South Korean Visa Services for UAE Residents

We are pleased to offer our services to clients residing in the United Arab Emirates, assisting them in preparing and submitting their applications for a South Korean visa, whether for tourism or for other purposes.

We would like to emphasize that our role is advisory only. The visa is issued by the relevant Korean embassy or consulate, and we do not interfere in the approval or rejection decision.

✅ Our services include:
Personal consultation to determine the most appropriate visa type based on the client’s situation.

Professional preparation of the application file in accordance with the requirements of the Korean embassy.

Booking an appointment at an authorized visa application center (if available).

Step-by-step follow-up of the application until the final decision is issued by the embassy.

⚠ Important Notes:
Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the Korean embassy.

All fees paid for our administrative services are non-refundable after the application process has begun.

The applicant must have a valid residency permit in the UAE.

📄 Required Documents (may vary depending on nationality and visa type):
A valid passport (valid for at least 6 months).

A recent passport-sized photo with a white background, as per the embassy’s specifications.

Travel insurance covering medical and emergency expenses during travel.

Bank statements for the last 3 to 6 months demonstrating financial capacity.

Tentative flight and hotel reservations in Korea.

Proof of employment (a letter from your employer) or a letter from your university for students.

Any additional documents the embassy may request depending on the applicant’s circumstances.
