Welcome to Happy Time Travel and Tourism. We would like to clarify that our services are limited to assisting UAE residents in preparing their applications for a Russia tourist visa. We do not issue visas directly, as the final approval lies solely with the competent Russian embassy.

✅ Our Services Include:

Personalized consultation to determine the appropriate visa type for your case.

Preparing the application file and reviewing documents according to Russian embassy requirements.

Booking an appointment at the visa application center (in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, based on availability).

Following up on the application until the embassy issues a decision.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Russian embassy. No third party can guarantee visa issuance.

Fees paid for our services are non-refundable once the application process has begun.

A valid UAE residency is required at the time of application.

Required documents may vary by nationality, but generally include the following:

📄 Common Requirements:

Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity)

Personal photo with white background

Travel insurance covering a minimum of €30,000

Bank statement (last 3 to 6 months)

Initial flight and hotel booking

“No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from the sponsor/employer or a university letter (for students)
