Terms and Conditions for Japan Visa Service for UAE Residents

Welcome to Happy Time Travel and Tourism. We are pleased to offer our services to clients residing in the United Arab Emirates, assisting them in preparing and submitting their applications for a Japanese visa, whether for tourism or for other purposes.

We would like to clarify that our role is advisory only, as the visa is issued through the relevant Japanese embassy or consulate, and we do not interfere in the approval or rejection decision.

✅ Our services include:
Providing personal consultation to determine the most appropriate visa type for the client’s situation.

Providing a professional visa application form according to the requirements of the Japanese Embassy.

Scheduling an appointment at an authorized visa application center (if available).

Continuous follow-up of the application until the final decision is issued by the Embassy.

⚠ Important Notes:
Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the Japanese Embassy.

All fees paid for our administrative services are non-refundable after the application process has begun.

The applicant must have a valid UAE residency.

📄 Required Documents (vary by nationality and visa type):
Valid passport (valid for at least 6 months).

A recent passport-sized photo with a white background, according to the embassy’s specifications.

Travel insurance covering medical and emergency expenses during travel.

Bank statement for the last 3 to 6 months demonstrating financial capacity.

Tentative flight and hotel reservations in Japan.

Proof of employment (a letter from your employer) or a letter from your university if you are a student.

Any additional documents requested by the embassy depending on the visa type.
